SuperFlex II Data Editor is Released and Available for Evaluation and Installation
 

 

After an an intense period of design and development, illustrate inc is pleased to announce the availability of SuperFlex II, the most recent release of the state-of-the art data editor. SuperFlex II has all of the advanced features and stability of the previous editions with the addition of new functionality and security and the improvement of several key features that are instrumental in enhancing the speed and efficiency of creating and editing data files.

SuperFlex II Highlights

  • Built on Microsoft®.NET platform

  • New optional Wizard interface to walk user through the stages of building a CSD file 

  • Ability to export and import CSD file(s) to and from Excel file(s) on a seriatim or batch basis

  • New batch processing utility allows user to open and save multiple CSD files at once

  • Capable of converting CSD format to SOA and ACORD Tabular Data Standard ( XTbML)  

  • Animated training module

  • New documentation creator allows user to export summary information for all CSD files to an Excel spreadsheet

  • Backward compatibility with previous versions

  • Bilingual (English and French) 

Future Directions

Development is already well under way for the next release of the data editor. In this release, we have planned major enhancements to support Living Benefits files. SuperFlex can currently support Critical Illness; this next release, planned for distribution in Q4, 2004, incorporates support for Disability Income and will be followed up by support for Long Term Care data files.
