Multi-Session & Compare

In 2004, illustrate inc  integrated multiple session and comparison capabilities into its overall illustration solution. This feature set allows users to compare different policies or apply different scenarios to one policy to determine the most appropriate scenario to meet the client's specific needs. The user can easily toggle back and forth to each session to compare scenario details. Additionally, the multi-session and compare capabilities allow users to bundle two products together to create an individualized solution for the customer. Once the products are bundled, the system is able to produce a consolidated summary report with all products in the package.

Presentation Designer Module Fully Integrated with Report Editor and Illustrations

illustrate inc has developed an interactive and easy-to-use Presentation Designer Module as a value-added feature within the illustrate inc  illustration system functionality and toolset. This module allows a user (agent or head office) to have full full control over all presentation output to potential customers. With the rich feature set integrated into the Presentation Designer Module bundle, agents can create:

  • Fully customized table ledger reports

  • Storyboards and marketing material narrative 

  • Customized and interactive charts & graphs

  • Customized reports in additional languages.

All Presentation Design Module features are fully integrated with the ii illustration system and the ii report editor and can provide a consolidated .pdf report along with the insurance carrier or broker's existing marketing material.

 

Customized Table Ledger

This option allows  a user to create a complete custom report for their customer. The feature includes a drag and drop list of all eligible column headings to configure the report. Additionally,   the user can easily modify the font, colours, etc., to enhance the look and feel of the report to suit each client situation.

Storyboard Ledger

This Presentation Designer Module option gives users the ability to create pages or other narrative information (marketing material) that can be included in the full presentation package to a client.  A user can add logos, text and written information, to reflect a brokerage, specific marketing message, etc.

Graphing and Charting

One of the most powerful and interactive features in the Presentation Designer Module is the  full set of graphing and charting capabilities as part of the custom report functionality. All charts and graphs are fully customizable, intuitive and highly interactive and provide the agent with visual support to clarify the details and benefits of a particular insurance solution for the client.

Additional Language Support

All illustrate inc illustration products and toolsets support both French and English languages. In 2004, we added support for other languages (Chinese for example) to meet our growing customer needs.
